The Idaho Time Sensitive Emergency (TSE) Registry collects data on incidence and outcomes on all patients who are treated for a reportable traumatic injury, or patients presenting stroke or ST-elevation myocardial infection (aka STEMI) symptoms in an acute care facility in the state of Idaho. Centralized registries are essential for assessing the extent of disease burden in a specific geographic area.
The Idaho TSE Registry collects data with the aim of improving care and outcome for patients treated for trauma, stroke, or STEMI in Idaho through public education, TSE improvements, and increased access to care. It follows the current state reporting law under the Idaho TSE Registry Statute, Title 46, Chapter 9: 46-919 - 46-922 Time Sensitive Emergency (TSE) Registry.
The Idaho Hospital Association (IHA) contracts with the Idaho Military Division to provide a statewide time sensitive emergency surveillance system.
Please contact the Idaho TSE Registry team with any questions about trauma, stroke, and/or STEMI registry reporting.
